Our guide Gloria has been phenomenal -- patient, knowledgeable, unflappable, flexible, kind, personable. She's answered all kinds of stupid, rude, and personal, and awkward questions with a smile, taken an incessant number of group shots,
and has smoothed through all the logistical challenge of herding this family of cats.
